ผู้แต่งที่ส่งบทความมายังวารสาร TCI ตกลงตามเงื่อนไขดังต่อไปนี้:
1. เมื่อส่งบทความ ผู้แต่งตกลงที่จะสละสิทธิ์บางประการในการควบคุมการเผยแพร่ผลงานของตน ตามนโยบายของวารสาร
2. เมื่อบทความได้รับการยอมรับให้ตีพิมพ์ ผู้แต่งตกลงโอนลิขสิทธิ์ของบทความให้กับวารสาร รวมถึงสิทธิ์ในการทำซ้ำ เผยแพร่ และเผยแพร่บทความในทุกช่องทาง เช่น หนังสือ วารสาร เว็บไซต์ หรือแพลตฟอร์มออนไลน์
