Fees for Publishing Articles in Thai National Interest Updated: 30 January 2026

1. Article Processing Charge (APC)An APC of 4,000 Thai Baht per article is required for manuscripts submitted to the journal.
The APC covers costs related to editorial management, coordination of peer review, and publication services.Payment of the APC is required prior to the initiation of the peer review process.
Each manuscript is evaluated by three independent reviewers, and editorial decisions are based on the recommendations of at least two reviewers.
2. Refund PolicyThe APC is non-refundable under all circumstances, regardless of the outcome of the peer review process.
Exception:
Fee waivers or exemptions may be considered on a case-by-case basis for authors from countries affected by armed conflict or large-scale forced displacement.
3. Payment ProcedureDetails regarding payment methods and required documentation are provided after initial submission through the journal’s official online submission system.Authors will be notified through official journal communication channels.
4. Transparency StatementInformation on publication fees is publicly available on the journal website in accordance with the criteria of the Thai Journal Citation Index (TCI).
