บทคัดย่อ
หน่วยงานวิจัยของรัฐและหน่วยงานวิจัยของเอกชนต้องใช้ทรัพยากรและงบประมาณจำนวนมากในการสร้างผลงานวิจัย ซึ่งในแต่ละปีมีผลงานวิจัยเป็นจำนวนมากที่ผ่านการจดสิทธิบัตร แต่อัตราของผลงานวิจัยที่สามารถนำไปขยายผลเพื่อพัฒนาเป็นผลิตภัณฑ์ยังมีไม่สูงพอ หากเทียบกับจำนวนงบประมาณวิจัยที่หน่วยงานได้ลงทุนไป ดังนั้น จึงมีความจำเป็นที่หน่วยงานวิจัยจะต้องพิจารณาถึงหลักการผลิตภัณฑ์ใหม่ การสร้างความเชื่อมโยงกับแผนกลยุทธ์องค์กรการสังเคราะห์ความต้องการที่ชัดเจน การประสานงานกับผู้ถือผลประโยชน์ร่วม การกำหนดเป้าหมายที่ชัดเจนของงานวิจัย แผนการลงทุนด้านการวิจัยและพัฒนา การจัดทำแผนที่นำทางการวิจัยเทคโนโลยีและการพิจารณาคัดเลือกการลงทุนวิจัย เพื่อขับเคลื่อนผลงานวิจัยด้านเทคโนโลยีป้องกันประเทศสู่การผลิตเชิงพาณิชย์
