การแบ่งโลกช่วงโควิด-19:ตัวตนและพลังความสัมพันธ์ของรัฐศูนย์กลาง

บทคัดย่อ
บทความนี้เพื่อศึกษาแนวคิดการเปลี่ยนตำแหน่งของรัฐศูนย์กลางและตัวตนพลังสัมพันธ์ระหว่างรัฐศูนย์กลางสำหรับการแบ่งโลกจากการศึกษาค้นพบว่ารัฐศูนย์กลางแต่ละรัฐไม่สามารถกำหนดระเบียบการใหม่ของโลกได้รัฐแต่ละรัฐอยู่บนหลักการของการไม่เผชิญหน้าทางการทหารโดยตรงเนื่องจากสหรัฐมีข้อเสียเปรียบด้านการต่อรองและจะไม่ขัดขวางสร้างอุปสรรคแก่พันธมิตรของตนหากเป็นโครงการด้านเศรษฐกิจแม้ว่าจะร่วมมือกับฝ่ายตรงกันข้ามของสหรัฐฯ
มีแนวโน้มว่าสหรัฐฯอาจร่วมมือกับตะวันตกในการสกัดยับยั้งการพัฒนาผลิตภัณฑ์เทคโนโลยี่ขั้นสูงและโซนการใช้ดอลลาห์จะค่อยๆลดบทบาทแทนที่โดยโซนเงินหยวน ยูโร และรูเบิล เนื่องจากรัสเซียจีนสามารถใช้เงินสกุลท้องถิ่นของตนเองในการขายทรัพยากรโดยเฉพาะพลังงานและการเบียดแทรกตลาดพลังงานในยุโรปและจีนสามารถสร้างโซนเทคโนโลยี่ของตนเองรัฐศูนย์กลางได้กำหนดเขตอิทธิพลของตนเองโดยฐานเทคโนโลยี่ที่แตกต่างกันแต่มีเป้าหมายเดียวกันที่ประกันตำแหน่งของตนเองคือความสามารถให้การปกป้องอธิปไตยโดยตำแหน่งของสัดส่วนGDPโลกไม่สามารถประกันทรัพยากรได้โดยตนเองและบริการสินค้าด้านอธิปไตยได้
