การศึกษาผลของอายุการเก็บรักษาไลน์เนอร์ก่อนการหล่อดินขับที่มีต่อการยึดเกาะกันระหว่างวัสดุทั้งสอง

บทคัดย่อ
มอเตอร์จรวดเชื้อเพลิงแข็งเป็นที่นิยมในการใช้งานเป็นยุทโธปกรณ์ทางด้านการทหารและความมั่นคงของประเทศ วัสดุในมอเตอร์จรวดประกอบด้วยท่อมอเตอร์ ฉนวนกันความร้อน ไลน์เนอร์และแท่งดินขับ ปัจจัยที่ส่งผลต่อการยึดเกาะกันระหว่างวัสดุแต่ละชนิดขึ้นกับกระบวนการผลิต อายุการเก็บรักษา การเปลี่ยนแปลงของสภาพแวดล้อม หากการยึดเกาะกันโดยเฉพาะไลน์เนอร์กับดินขับไม่ดี อาจส่งผลให้การทำงานของมอเตอร์จรวดไม่เป็นไปตามที่ออกแบบจนเสียหายได้ ในกระบวนการผลิตมอเตอร์จรวดบางครั้งพบว่าเมื่อบ่มไลน์เนอร์แล้วอาจต้องใช้เวลาหลายสัปดาห์จึงจะสามารถหล่อดินขับได้ งานวิจัยนี้จึงมีวัตถุประสงค์เพื่อศึกษาผลของอายุการเก็บรักษาไลน์เนอร์ก่อนการหล่อดินขับในมอเตอร์จรวดเชื้อเพลิงแข็งที่มีต่อความสามารถในการยึดเกาะกันระหว่างวัสดุทั้งสอง มีการพิจารณาสัดส่วนหมู่ฟังก์ชัน (Rt) ที่ต่างกันจากคุณสมบัติของโพลียูรีเทน และศึกษาคุณสมบัติด้านความหนาแน่น ความต้านทานต่อแรงดึง และ % ระยะยึดตัวก่อนขาดของชิ้นงานไลน์เนอร์ที่ Rt ระหว่าง 1.10 – 1.50 จากนั้นจึงทำการการทดสอบยึดเกาะระหว่างไลน์เนอร์และดินขับ ตัวอย่างไลน์เนอร์มีอายุการเก็บรักษาที่เวลา 3, 7, 10 และ 15 วันก่อนหล่อดินขับ และเร่งอายุชุดทดสอบเทียบเท่า 3 ปี ผลการทดลองพบว่าไลน์เนอร์ที่มี Rt ไม่ต่ำกว่า 1.20 ให้คุณสมบัติทางกลที่เหมาะสม และผลการทดสอบค่าการยึดเกาะระหว่างไลน์เนอร์และดินขับอยู่ในช่วง 0.76 – 1.06 MPa ซึ่งสูงกว่าเกณฑ์ที่ออกแบบไว้ที่ 0.50 MPa แสดงให้เห็นว่าการเก็บรักษาไลน์เนอร์ภายใน 15 วันก่อนหล่อดินขับไม่ส่งผลเสียต่อความสามารถในการยึดเกาะ งานวิจัยนี้สามารถนำไปใช้เป็นแนวทางในการออกแบบและควบคุมคุณภาพกระบวนการผลิตมอเตอร์จรวดเชื้อเพลิงแข็งให้มีความเชื่อถือได้และปลอดภัยสูงขึ้นได้ต่อไป
