อุตสาหกรรมป้องกันประเทศของไทยในการตอบสนองความมั่นคงของมนุษย์

บทคัดย่อ
บทความนี้มีวัตถุประสงค์เพื่อ (1) ศึกษาทฤษฎีความมั่นคงของมนุษย์ในบริบทที่เกี่ยวโยงกับ ประเทศไทยในปัจจุบัน (2) เพื่อสำรวจบริบทของประชากรไทยในปัจจุบันที่ส่งผลต่อทัศนคติด้านความมั่นคง ของมนุษย์ (3) เพื่อศึกษาบทบาทของอุตสาหกรรมป้องกันประเทศในการสร้างความมั่นคงของมนุษย์ ผลจาก การศึกษาพบว่า (1) การแพร่ระบาดของโรคติดเชื้อไวรัสโคโรนา 2019 และผลกระทบจากสถานการณ์ ความขัดแย้งระหว่างรัสเซียและยูเครนเป็นภัยคุกคามที่สะท้อนให้เห็นบทบาทของรัฐในการพิทักษ์รักษา ทรัพยากรมนุษย์ ซึ่งเป็นปัจจัยสำคัญที่สุดของความมั่นคงรูปแบบใหม่ (2) ในด้านบริบทของประชากรไทย ที่ส่งผลต่อความมั่นคง ประชากรวัยทำงานหลักใน 15 ปีข้างหน้า 3 เจเนอเรชั่น เป็นกลุ่มประชากรหลักที่มี ความตื่นตัวและให้ความสำคัญกับความมั่นคงในการดำรงชีวิตตามแนวความคิดความมั่นคงของมนุษย์มาก ยิ่งขึ้น เนื่องมาจากปัญหาการแพร่ระบาดของโรคติดเชื้อไวรัสโคโรนา 2019 การได้รับผลกระทบจากสถานการณ์ ความขัดแย้งที่เกิดขึ้นในโลก และการเข้าสู่สังคมผู้สูงวัย (3) อุตสาหกรรมป้องกันประเทศของไทยสามารถ ตอบสนองความมั่นคงของมนุษย์ใน 3 ประเด็นหลัก ได้แก่ การสร้างโอกาสสำหรับแรงงานในการประกอบอาชีพ การกระตุ้นเศรษฐกิจในระดับท้องถิ่นและระดับประเทศ รวมถึงการสร้างความมั่นคงแบบดั้งเดิมไปพร้อมกับ ความมั่นคงของมนุษย์ การส่งเสริมอุตสาหกรรมป้องกันประเทศจึงถือเป็นวิธีการในการผสมผสานทางความคิด ระหว่างกองทัพและประชาชนในการที่จะดำรงจุดมุ่งหมายในการรักษาไว้ซึ่งอธิปไตยและผลประโยชน์ของชาติ ไปพร้อมกับการสร้างความปลอดภัย รวมถึงความมั่นคงให้กับประชาชนในการดำเนินชีวิตประจำวัน ให้สามารถ ดำรงชีวิตในสภาวะแวดล้อมที่เปลี่ยนแปลงไปอย่างรวดเร็ว โดยผู้เขียนได้เสนอแนะแนวทางเชิงนโยบายสำหรับ รัฐในการที่จะส่งเสริมพัฒนาอุตสาหกรรมป้องกันประเทศเพื่อความมั่นคงของมนุษย์ที่ยั่งยืน
